Three senior hires into the Global Mobility team at Blick Rothenberg
Blick Rothenberg has welcomed three new people to its Global Mobility Team.
Alan Tam, Head of Global Mobility at the firm, said: “We’ve had a fantastic few weeks in the Global Mobility team at Blick Rothenberg, and I’m really pleased to welcome three new joiners.”
He added: “Each of them adds something distinct to our team, and collectively strengthens our ability to deliver a more connected, solutions-focused service to our clients. Whether that’s joining the dots across disciplines, navigating complex international issues, or tailoring advice to individual circumstances, their experience will make a real difference.”
Elisa Sofocli, who has joined the firm as a Global Mobility Partner, said: “Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked with businesses at every stage of their growth journey, helping them manage the people side of international expansion and global mobility. My experience at PwC and Vialto gave me the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from fast-growing start-ups entering new markets to global organisations with established international workforces.”
She added: “I love working closely with clients to understand their goals, tackle challenges together, and find practical solutions that balance compliance with commercial needs. For me, it’s all about making complex issues feel manageable and helping businesses move forward with confidence.”
Neil Morrison, who has joined the firm as a Director to lead the Reward and Incentives practice, said: “I have over 10 years of experience as a specialist in share-based incentives, and previously I worked at PwC and EY. My role at Blick Rothenberg as a Tax Director and Head of Reward and Incentives is to expand the firms service offering by supporting clients with the design and implementation of commercially effective and tax efficient incentive plans.”
Aliona Le Khak, who has joined the firm as a Global Mobility Director specialising in Japanese clients, said: “I joined Blick Rothenberg after more than 14 years at KPMG. I aim to leverage the expertise I have developed within the Big Four environment while working closely with colleagues across Payroll, Corporate Tax, Employment Tax as well as other specialist schemes.”
She added: “This collaborative approach helps us gain a comprehensive understanding of client issues—something that can be more challenging in larger organisations. By working together across teams, we can view the full picture and deliver timely, high-value solutions to our Japanese clients.”
