DAVACO promotes Jackson to Director of Tax

DAVACO, Inc.  one of the US’s leading providers of retail services, announced today that Geneva Jackson has been promoted to director of tax. In this role, Jackson is responsible for overseeing compliance of all Federal and state tax regulations, managing all tax reports and providing tax support related to DAVACO’s retail operations—from client proposals through client billing. Jackson reports to Kathy Merani, vice president/controller, DAVACO.

Jackson joined DAVACO in 1999 as tax manager, overseeing the company’s internal and external tax reporting. Prior to DAVACO, Jackson served as state tax auditor for the Texas State Comptroller Audit Division.

Jackson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University and an Associate of Art from Tyler Junior College.
