Microgen announces new FD, but who is he ?

Here is a press release from Microgen, the leading IT solutions and services group, dated 26th October 2006:

“After eight years with the Company, Mike Phillips is to leave Microgen to pursue other opportunities. The Board would like to thank Mike for his substantial contribution to the development of the Group and wish him success in his future career. The Board has appointed a new Finance Director with publicly-listed software company experience. The appointment will be effective from 2 January 2007 but, due to confidentiality with his current employer, details cannot currently be disclosed. Mike will remain with the company to effect a smooth transition to his successor.”
