Daniel Ugur will be made up to tax partner at Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co tomorrow
Private capital law firm Lawrence Graham will promote five senior associates to partner on 1 May 2014. On the same day the firm will complete its merger with Wragge & Co to form Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co.
One of the lucky five is Daniel Ugur:
Daniel Ugur is a private capital lawyer specialising in international succession planning, family governance matters, and advising on the UK tax implications associated with investing in the UK and moving to or leaving the UK. He has a growing international client base, specifically across North and South Asia and he divides his time between Lawrence Graham’s offices in London and Singapore.
He has recently been advising on the succession of the family business for a number of substantial families in Asia and Europe. These matters have involved complex multi-jurisdictional structuring issues, governance matters, and international tax considerations.
