PwC New York hires former Mayer Brown lawyer David Leavitt as Tax Principal

David Leavitt has joined PwC this summer as a Principal in the NY tax team.

David joins from Mayer Brown in Chicago, where he has been a Senior Associate for the past 2 years. His work focuses on structuring real estate, venture capital and private equity funds on behalf of fund sponsors, as well as structuring investments in such funds in a tax efficient manner for taxable, US tax-exempt, non-US governmental investors and other non-US investors. He frequently advises investors and investment sponsors in connection with inbound investments from outside of the United States.
