Front Office & Tax Structuring Jobs

Review the latest front office & tax structuring jobs below:

It is not easy to secure a tax structuring job. They are pretty rare and the banks tend to look for relevant experience from candidates even at a junior level. At a minimum you would need financial services tax experience gained with a Big 4 firm or a Magic Circle law firm. Ideally you would already have some experience working in-house in a middle office or back office tax group. Certain banks prefer lawyers, others like accountants. These are high pressured roles where the remuneration can be very high but is secured via a bonus rather than high salary.

In addition to keeping an eye on our tax job board we would recommend you keep in touch with a few specialist tax recruiters with a good name in the FS in house tax market. If a job comes up there will be a lot of people interested and it is important that you are known to the relevant hiring person before any shortlist is drawn up.
