New Tax Director found for Vodafone, Joel Walters

The Tax Director role at Vodafone was for many years held by Lynne Patmore. Following her departure in 2005 Malcolm Burke (an EY partner) took up the mantle on an interim basis.

Going forward Joel Walters has been appointed. Joel joins from PowerAir LLP where he was CFO. Prior to this he was at Diageo where he was Head of Tax from 200 to 2004.
