New Tax Partner for Minter Ellison Rudd Watts
Trans-Tasman law firm, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, has appointed Joanne Dunne as a tax partner, bringing the number of tax partners nationally to 3 and total partners to 33.
Joining the country’s leading national tax practice, Joanne has over a decade of experience advising clients in all aspect of taxation law, including cross border financing transactions, securitisation, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and tax audit and dispute management. She has provided tax advice to clients in a variety of sectors including banking, electricity, e-commerce, forestry, mining and primary industry. Joanne joins Andrew Ryan in the Auckland office, working closely with David Patterson in the firm’s Wellington office.
