Edward L Glazer helps launch Goodwin Procter’s new offices

Goodwin Proctor LLP, a leading US law firm with 650 attorneys, is opening new offices in LA and San Francisco. The primary practice will be real estate services and associated capital markets & litigation work.

The launch involves taking on 8 partners from Pillsbury and Cooley and partners from Goodwin’s NY and Boston offices will also be relocating to California. Edward L Glazer, a real estate capital markets tax partner will be one of the integration team leaders.
