Ceire Moynihan joins Ernst & Young in Moscow

Ceire Moynihan has joined Ernst & Young’s tax practice in Moscow. She is a manager with the firm, focusing on tax advice to international corporate clients.

Ms Moynihan is an Irish national who is ICAI and ITI qualified and bi-lingual in Russian and English. She joins from Deloitte’s tax practice in Moscow.
