Ex IRS Senior Manager joins Perihelion Global
Perihelion Global has announced the appointment of three new Directors. The new Directors will assume their seats on the Board after the completion of the proposed corporate merger with publicly held Vision Works Media Group.
“I am pleased to announce the appointments of Frank Claycomb, Michael R. Varley and Michael J. Smith as new Directors of the Corporation,” said John H. Beebe, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Perihelion Global. “These new directors bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and wisdom to the Board. Frank Claycomb, Certified Public Accountant will serve as the Chairman of Perihelion’s Audit Committee. Claycomb is a retired Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Senior Manager with the US Department of Treasury. He served as IRS Agent and then as “Large Case” (Fortune 500 Companies) IRS Auditor. He was then selected as a member of the US Department of Justice’s elite “Strike Force” which prosecuted Organized Crime cases. He later served as IRS Group Manager; Appellate Conferee; and finally Large Case (Senior) Manager before his retirement from the IRS. Claycomb is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs; the Georgia Society of CPAs; and the American Institute of CPAs.
