NZ Law Firm appoints new tax partner

Buddle Findlay is one of New Zealand’s top 6 corporate, commercial law and public law firms with offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. The firm has 43 partners and, with qualified legal and support staff, has a total workforce of around 300 people. The firm’s new partner is Tony Wilkinson, who specialises in taxation and advises domestic and foreign clients, including the New Zealand Government, on a broad range of income tax and GST issues. Tony has significant experience in tax disputes and negotiations with the Commissioner, and has recently resolved several of the largest and most complex tax disputes which have arisen in New Zealand.

Tony is a recognised public speaker and has presented on a number of tax issues for both the New Zealand Law Society and the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
