PwC Assurance Partner transfers from US firm to CZ
Robert McCutcheon 22 August 2006 – Robert McCutcheon (39), a partner from the US Firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, has joined the Assurance Services department of PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Czech Republic. In his new position, he will be responsible for the provision of assurance services primarily to multi-national clients active in industrial production, retail, and consumer goods in the Czech Republic and throughout Central and Eastern Europe. His main specialisation is in US Accounting and Reporting Standards in the public sector. He will be responsible for serving clients directly as well as coordinating regional learning and education activities relative to US technical matters.

My goal is to assist the firm in delivering exceptional client service through technical excellence and to assist our teams in the transfer of knowledge that will enable them to address client needs more proactively,” said Robert McCutcheon.
He has been working at PricewaterhouseCoopers since 1991. As an auditor, he first focused on serving large US multinational clients and was the US Metals Industry Leader. He also specialises in advising clients on complex technical matters in relation to derivative financial instruments, business combinations, public securities offerings and the assessment of internal controls over financial reporting.
Robert McCutcheon graduated from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh with a degree in business administration and accounting. He is a certified member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
He is married, has two children, and his interests include his family, music and travel.
