PwC strengthens its Czech IAS practice
Petr Frisch (32) has accepted the position of director of the International Assignment Solutions (IAS) group of the Tax and Legal Services department of PricewaterhouseCoopers. In this new role, he will be responsible for the development of services in the areas of personal income tax, social security and health insurance, employee incentive schemes and benefits, and international assignments.
“The position of director of the IAS group at PricewaterhouseCoopers is a great challenge for me and an opportunity to expand current services in the area of international assignments and reward. I believe that thanks to the renown of PwC, I will also have the possibility to share in the creation and unification of the interpretation of tax law in this area,” said Petr Frisch.
Since 1997, Petr Frisch has held tax-related positions in the so-called Big 4 auditing and advisory companies in the Czech Republic and Belgium. In 2000, he began to specialise in the provision of tax services to individuals and employees of international companies in connection with their international assignments and in the tax issues of employee incentive and reward schemes.
Petr Frisch graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics in Prague and from the Faculty of Law at Charles University. In addition, he has experience with the judicature of the European Court of Justice and the environment of the institutions of the European Union from his time in Brussels. He speaks English and French.
He is married. His interests include skiing, sports diving, and golf.
