iGaming Corporation Announcing Appointment of Sheldon W. Krakower to its Board of Directors

iGaming Corporation has announced that Sheldon W. Krakower, C.A. has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Corporation effective September 27, 2006.

Sheldon W. Krakower received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in 1978 and C.A. license with the Quebec Ordre de Comptables Agrees in January 1981. He has been practicing public accountancy since 1978 and has been a partner since 1983. Mr. Krakower is currently a partner in the Montreal C.A. firm of WSBG, LLP and specializes in audit and business advisory services and tax planning for small, medium and large-sized businesses, both public and private.

“Sheldon’s wealth of experience, abilities and contacts will undoubtedly bolster our team and help us tremendously as we complete our cross-border U.S. acquisition and on an ongoing basis”, stated Christopher S. Kape, President and Chief Executive Officer.

The Corporation also wishes to announce the resignation of David Souaid who resigned for personal reasons.

Mr. Kape said, “I would like to express my appreciation and personal gratitude for David Souaid’s contribution to the Corporation during the RTO process.”

Mr. Krakower replaces Mr. Souaid on the Corporation’s Board as well as on its Audit and Corporate Governance Committees.
