Gary Silverstein, resident in the New York Tax Department, represents issuers, underwriters, insurers and other parties in connection with the tax aspects of mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities, REMICs and other debt issuances, including CDO and CLO transactions. He graduated with a B.A., cum laude, received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and earned an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
