Irish Law Firm promotes Hogan to Tax Partner
Matheson Ormsby Prentice has announced the appointment of Shane Hogan as tax partner.
Shane advises on all aspects of corporate taxation. His main focus is in inward investment projects, cross-border tax planning and international corporate restructurings as well as mergers and acquisitions on an international and national level. Shane also advises on Irish stamp duty matters particularly in the context of global reorganisations.
Shane’s clients include large multinational groups doing business in and through Ireland. Prior to joining Matheson Ormsby Prentice Shane worked with KPMG.
