Tax Partner Kassim Meghjee Joins International Tax Team in London Office of Steptoes
Steptoe & Johnson has announced that Kassim Meghjee has joined their London office as a Tax Partner. Kassim joins from DLA Piper, where he had been since joining from Lovells in 2001.
Kassim joins Steptoe & Johnson’s international tax practice of over 35 lawyers worldwide. Mark Silverman, head of Steptoe’s Tax Department, commented, “Steptoe is focused on expanding its worldwide tax practice, and increasing its tax capabilities in Europe, and particularly in London, is essential to that growth.”
Kassim will provide advice and guidance in relation to all tax matters and in particular will work closely with the property and corporate departments in relation to their UK and international transactions.
