White & Case Prague Promotes Zidec to Tax Partner

White & Case in Prague has made some partner announcements, including a new tax partner, Ales Zidek.

Mr. Zidek’s practice involves mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, with a particular emphasis on the energy and telecommunications sectors, private equity, international taxation, and general Czech corporate and personal tax consultancy.

He has been providing tax advisory services to clients in the Czech Republic as well as abroad for more than 9 years. He joined White & Case in 2002. Prior to working in White & Case, Mr. Zidek worked for Arthur Andersen.
