UK Law Firm promotes Damian Bloom to Tax Partner

Berwin Leighton Paisner makes up a new Tax Partner, Damian Bloom. Damian specialises in UK and international tax planning, with a particular focus on the use of offshore trusts and companies by non-UK domiciled individuals. He also advises trustees on the UK taxation of investments, and their position as shareholders in private companies.

In addition Damian advises on all aspects of UK personal taxation, with an emphasis on advising entrepreneurial clients.

Damian is a member of the Association of Tax Technicians, and until recently was the chief examiner of the Association’s law paper.
