Former Andersen HK Tax Partner joins Board of RG Global Lifestyles
RG Global Lifestyles has announced that David L. Koontz has been appointed as the newest member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Koontz is currently CFO of a publicly traded logistics group, whose revenues grew from $17 million two years ago to $100 million in 2006 from its operations in Asia, Australia and the U.S. From 2002 to 2005 he was the CFO of an alternative energy company when it became publicly listed and during its move to the AMEX. Previously he was CFO and head of corporate development of a large Hong Kong-based apparel manufacturer as its sales grew from $60 million to $300 million. Prior to that he was a tax partner at Arthur Andersen & Company in charge of the firm’s tax practice in Hong Kong and Singapore.
