Scottish Law Firm, Tods Murray, hires Anne Marie Renz from PwC
Tods Murray LLP has announced the senior lateral hire of Anne Marie Renz as Head of Business Tax. Anne Marie (pictured left with Peter Misselbrook) will join Tods Murray in July from her current role as a Senior Manager in Corporate Tax with Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP, where she has been responsible for the tax affairs of a number of quoted and unquoted companies.
Anne Marie is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and the Chartered Institute of Taxation and has over 18 years experience, advising on domestic and international tax issues on a wide range of transactions including start-ups, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and demergers. She has particular experience in property tax issues, having advised developers, investors and construction companies on issues such as structuring, capital allowances and disposals planning.
