John Laing plc appoints Lynn Macgregor as Group Finance Director

John Laing plc, the specialist owner, operator and manager of public sector infrastructure assets, has appointed Lynn Macgregor as its new Group Finance director with effect from 1 July 2007.

Adrian Ewer, John Laing plc Chief Executive said, “Lynn has been a great asset to the business over a number of years in a variety of senior finance roles. She will play an important part in the future development of the Group as we continue to expand our operations both in the UK and internationally.”

Lynn Macgregor qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa with Deloitte. Having worked in senior finance roles for Nissan in South Africa, she became finance director at a private construction company before moving to the UK.

In 1999 she joined the John Laing finance team and in 2002 was appointed as the Group Financial Controller.
