Comp & Bens Lawyer, Victor Flores, joins Bakers

Baker & McKenzie LLP has hired Victor A. Flores in the San Francisco office as Of Counsel in the Global Equity Services Group.

Mr Flores joins Baker & McKenzie LLP from Latham & Watkins LLP. His practice focuses on executive compensation, employee benefits, taxation, securities and employment law on behalf of public, privately held and global companies. Victor has advised on a wide variety of compensation and benefits issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other transactions, and has represented issuers and underwriters in connection with initial public offerings of domestic and non-U.S. issuers, including the design and implementation of a variety of compensation plans. He received his A.B. from Columbia College in 1992 and his JD from The George Washington University Law School in 1998.
