Grant Thornton welcomes back Peter Woodall in Bristol Office to focus on Corporate Finance Tax

Grant Thornton has announced the recent appointment of Peter Woodall as a tax partner in the firm’s Bristol office.

Peter worked for the firm between 1994 and 1999 and returns following a stint at a couple of Big 4 firms where he advised on tax issues in relation to company disposals, acquisitions, management buyouts and company flotations.

In his new role as a tax partner, Peter will be working with the wider client service teams to provide tax advice to existing clients, and will be instrumental in developing the firm’s corporate finance tax offering. He will be based in the firm’s Bristol office where he joins a 13 strong corporate finance team covering the South West and Wales.
