Leroy promoted to Head of Tax at Denton Wilde Sapte Paris
Denton Wilde Sapte has expanded its Paris office’s capabilities with two lateral partner hires, one partner promotion and the transfer of a partner from London.
Bruno Leroy has headed the office’s Tax department for several months already, and was promoted to the firm’s partnership from 1 September. He is experienced in corporate and international tax matters, and also works on litigation matters.
He is qualified as an Avocat au Barreau de Paris and joined Denton Wilde Sapte in Paris in February 2006. Bruno previously practised for six years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (now Landwell), where he was a Senior Manager from 2003, and also worked for four years within the main tax department of AXA in France, where he started his career in tax law. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bruno mainly advised consumer and industrial groups and was a member of the International Tax Services group.
Bruno Leroy mainly advises French and foreign companies in corporate tax (restructuring, LBO, cross-border and national acquisitions and distribution projects) and international tax matters (international financing, tax optimisation of the financing flows). Bruno also intervenes on litigation (price transfer, companies tax and TVA) and on management tax (BSA, stock options, actions gratuites). He has wide experience in international tax and tax consolidation.
