Ex Linklaters Tax Partner Patrick Dewerbe has joined the Portuguese law firm RPA as an equity partner, along with 3 other colleagues. RPA comprises 45 fee earners and 13 Partners and is known for its strong capability in Public Law as well as in the Energy sector. .

Patrick Dewerbe said “We are very happy to announce today our integration with RPA. Our decision relies on the total sharing of objectives and goals with RPA regarding the firm model that we both want to built and which we believe the Portuguese legal market is in need of – a strong independent firm being able to provide Portuguese and international clients with a full service coverage based on international standards. Our compromise with RPA consists of reaching and satisfy the new needs and demands presented to us by the global market and anticipate the challenges which the Portuguese law firms will be facing in the coming years.”
