New Transfer Pricing team launches in Manchester
Global accountancy firm Ernst & Young, has launched a specialist transfer pricing team in Manchester, led by director Sarah Teshome.
An arm of Manchester’s tax team, the transfer pricing service will allow Manchester businesses to tap into local expertise on their doorstep. Sarah will lead and develop the business across the North of England.
Newly appointed director, Sarah Teshome said: “Ernst & Young are the trail blazers in transfer pricing employing leading edge thinking. Joining from Grant Thornton, Sarah qualified at Andersens in Leeds in 1993 and spent 10 years of her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers culminating in leading the transfer pricing team in the North East.
Sarah has already recruited two team members, including Phil Bailey and James Otter from KPMG, and intends to double the size of the team numbers by 2010.

Born in Ethiopia, Sarah lives in Wakefield with her husband and two children. She was educated at York University and is a competitive Bridge player, representing England at the World Championship held in Shanghai in 2007.
