Latham & Watkins taps Anders Kraft in Frankfurt
Latham & Watkins LLP has announced that Anders Kraft has joined the firm’s Frankfurt office as counsel in the Tax Department. Widely regarded as a rising talent within the tax profession, Kraft’s arrival bolsters Latham’s transactional tax capability in Germany.

His stature in the German tax community has risen in line with his handling of a number of complex German and cross-border tax structures. Kraft joins Latham & Watkins from Linklaters. Kraft studied law at the University of Cologne, completing his PhD in 2005. He was admitted to the German bar in 2001 and completed his Tax Consultant State Examination in 2004.
