Linklaters Tax Partner, Jonathan Evans, advises CSAM on Spinningfields acquisition

Linklaters has advised Credit Suisse Asset Management, manager of the German open-ended real estate fund CS EUROREAL, on the acquisition of 3 Hardman Square, Spinningfields in Manchester from Norwich Property Trust Limited on behalf of the fund.

The building, which was designed by Foster & Partners, comprises 180,000 square feet and is let to law firm Hallliwells.

Real estate partner Joe Conder led the team which advised CSAM. He was assisted by real estate associate Katrina Swift with input from Jonathan Whiteford on real estate matters, Simon Halliwell on construction and Alex Woolmore on planning. Real estate tax partner Jonathan Evans and tax associate James Morgan advised on tax matters.
