NERA Economic Consulting Announces New UK Leader for Transfer Pricing – Dr Graham Poole
Dr. Graham Poole has joined NERA Economic Consulting, a leading global provider of economic advice and analysis in business, legal, and regulatory matters, as Associate Director, based in London. He will head the firm’s UK Transfer Pricing group.
Dr. Poole brings to NERA more than 14 years’ experience in transfer pricing, litigation support, and economic consulting in industries that include consumer goods, professional services, automotives, oil and gas, shipping, high-tech manufacturing, software, and financial services.

Prior to joining NERA, Dr. Poole was responsible for group-wide transfer pricing at Cadbury Schweppes, where his responsibilities included the design, implementation, documentation, and defense of transfer pricing policies in all areas of the business. He previously helped establish new practices and practice areas in transfer pricing while working for Arthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche in the UK.
Dr. Poole holds a PhD and a BA degree with honors in economics from the University of Cambridge, and was a guest researcher at the Institute of Economics, Copenhagen Business School.
NERA’s transfer pricing practice is growing strongly and currently operates from 10 offices in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, employing around 60 economists worldwide. The London-based practice operates in close integration with NERA offices in Frankfurt, Paris, and Madrid.
