Gilbert + Tobin hires Peter Feros from PwC Australia to lead Corporate Taxation practice.

Gilbert + Tobin has continued its recent growth attracting two new Partners to the Corporate Transactions Group – John Schembri who will lead the Corporate Finance Team, and Peter Feros who will lead the Corporate Taxation Team.

Peter Feros was previously a Tax Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He brings over 13 years of experience advising Australian listed and foreign multinational companies on Australian corporate taxation across a diverse range of industries including telecommunications, technology, entertainment, media, consumer product, industrial product and property.

On joining Gilbert + Tobin, Mr Feros said “working with some of the finest lawyers in the country to co-develop business solutions for corporate Australia holds significant appeal for me.”
