Reznick Group attracts 2 senior tax hires from PwC and MuniMae

Reznick Group, a top 20 US CPA firm has announced that two senior level tax executives have joined Reznick Group as Principals.

Len Berkowitz joins Reznick Group from MuniMae (MMA Financial) in Boston where he was Tax Director and Principal. He comes to Reznick Group with over 15 years of experience providing tax preparation and advisory services to the affordable housing industry and to commercial real estate and venture capital partnerships. He has also worked on underwriting models, counseled on tax compliance of investor fund entities, and was Director of Tax for MuniMae’s Renewable Energy Tax Credit business unit.  Berkowitz will divide his time between Reznick Group’s national headquarters and a Boston location.

Henry Paula is an expert in Corporate Tax Consulting and joins the management team of
Reznick Group’s Charlotte, North Carolina office. Most recently, Paula was a Tax Principal with PricewaterhouseCoopers in that firm’s Raleigh, North Carolina office. In his new role with Reznick Group, Paula will be tasked with cultivating and growing a Corporate Tax Consulting group in the Charlotte office as well as providing support for  the current tax group in that office.
