Gallop, Johnson & Neuman announces that Nichole Y. Wren has joined the firm as a partner in the Tax & Estate Planning Department

The law firm of Gallop, Johnson & Neuman has announced that attorney Nichole Y. Wren has joined the firm as a partner in the Tax & Estate Planning Department.

Ms. Wren concentrates her legal practice in areas of estate planning for individuals, families, trusts and trust beneficiaries; advising tax-exempt organizations; and business succession planning for privately-held companies.

She has substantial experience in designing and implementing estate plans for estates of many sizes, with an emphasis on planning for gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes.

She also represents tax-exempt organizations by preparing formation documents; assisting in obtaining tax-exempt status; and advising them with respect to continuing operating issues. She represents owners of many privately-held businesses and assists owners with transfer of their businesses from one generation of family ownership to another.

Ms. Wren is licensed in Missouri and Illinois. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. In addition, she is a member of the Estate Planning Council of St. Louis and the St. Louis Planned Giving Council.

Ms. Wren earned a J.D. degree Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and a B.A. degree in English from the University of Arkansas.
