PKF UK announces that Matt Coward and Glen Thomas are joining the Firm as Tax Directors

PKF Accountants & business advisers has appointed Matt Coward and Glen Thomas to the London tax team as Tax Directors.

Glen is an experienced corporation tax director who joins PKF after 10 years at BDO Stoy Hayward LLP.  He has a significant amount of sector experience in manufacturing, technology and property and has developed his expertise in advising fast growing cross border entrepreneurial businesses as well as fully listed and AIM companies.

Glen has a broad range of experience and advises on capital taxes, employment taxes and corporate tax.  In his prior role, he spent a significant amount of his time providing tax advice and support in corporate finance transactions.

Matt Coward trained with a Big Four firm and joins PKF from Blick Rothenberg where he was a Senior Tax Consultant within the firm’s Private Client Group.

Matt has range of tax experience advising clients on estate planning, shareholder tax matters, company sales/acquisitions and non-UK domiciled individuals.

Matt said, “The recent scale of tax changes is only set to increase in the current economic climate. As a result, clients will need specialist advice and I look forward to being able to offer them the solutions they need.”

Glen said, “I am looking forward to developing my expertise in a firm that is already well placed in the areas in which I have extensive experience such as real estate and entrepreneurial businesses. I hope to be able to make a significant contribution to the London tax team and its clients as it continues to expand.”
