PwC UK acquires Exec Compensation business of Halliwell Consulting

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has acquired the executive remuneration business of Halliwell Consulting, effective 1 January 2009, as part of its plans for long-term growth.

The move will see ten people joining PwC’s mid-tier reward business, including one partner, Marcus Peaker (pictured), and one director, Paul Wolstenholme. The new team will join PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP on Monday 5 January and will be based at th e London Embankment Place office.

Halliwell Consulting is a niche reward consultancy, which provides advice on executive remuneration and share schemes to mid-tier organisations.
