Frettens lures Lee Young from Clarke Willmott
Frettens Solicitors has announced that Lee Young has joined the firm as a Partner to lead their Private Client Department. Lee joins Frettens with vast experience from Clarke Willmott in Southampton where he was also a Partner.
Lee is a solicitor and also a Chartered Tax Adviser, and he is therefore able to advise on all aspects of personal tax, wills and succession issues. Lee is one of only a handful of advisors in the area with this combination of legal and tax expertise and he therefore offers a genuinely valuable perspective on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning through wills and trusts. He can also advise on a full range of estate and trust administration and tax issues including the establishment and administration of personal injury trusts.
Senior Partner, Ian Fretten, says “The
dual qualification and all round expertise that Lee offers means that we are absolutely certain that he will have a very positive influence on the development of all of our services for individuals, and in particular our Wills, tax and probate work. We also look forward to his Hampshire contact network further boosting the service offering from our New Forest office.”
With a wealth of experience in this area, Lee is keen to get started at Frettens; he comments “I look forward to further developing the already strong team at Frettens and to providing an excellent service to the firm’s existing and future clients.”
