Giancarlo Chamma Matarazzo joins partnership at Latin American Law Firm, Pinheiro Neto Advogados
Pinheiro Neto Advogados has made up four new partners in its annual promotions including new tax partner Giancarlo Chamma Matarazzo.
Matarazzo has given tax advice on some of the firm’s landmark deals, including for petrochemicals group Ipiranga in its sale of assets to Petrobras, and AIG’s US$820 million sale of its joint venture operations in Brazil to Unibanco.
