Luke Coombs promoted to Tax Director at WTAS
WTAS LLC recently promoted Luke Coombs to the role of Managing Director[private] in its Baltimore and Washington D.C. offices. Luke joined WTAS in 2007 as a Director and has over fourteen years of experience in providing tax consulting and compliance services to business enterprises and individuals.
“Since joining WTAS nearly two years ago, Luke has done an outstanding job of serving clients as well as developing our people. Luke is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who practices in the areas of federal and state tax, accounting for taxation for financial statement purposes and tax compliance. He works extensively with both large and small, public and non-public companies regarding FAS 109 / FIN 48 implementation, assistance and reviews. He helps companies evaluate and plan acquisition structures and methods, and provides due diligence services.
