Chris Maddock welcomes new Private Client Director from Baker Tilly

[private]Vantis, the AIM listed UK accounting, tax and business advisory group, has announced that Peter Fairchild has joined the company as Private Client Tax Director.

Peter is a highly experienced private client tax expert and specialises in advising sports people, sports clubs and entrepreneurs, as well as other high net worth individuals. He also advises non-UK domiciled clients, and is a well-known figure as a chairman and presenter at national tax conferences and seminars.

Peter joins Vantis from Baker Tilly, where he led its Chelmsford-based private client group and held national roles within the firm. He had previously spent nine years with BDO Stoy Hayward and helped set up the private client group during 2001.

Vantis’ growing Private Client Tax team provides a full range of services to individuals and families, from personal tax planning and inheritance tax issues, to trusts and international tax.
