Linklaters hires new tax counsel in Holland
Olaf joins Linklaters from Allen & Overy where he has worked for seven years. He previously spent three years as a tax adviser at Ernst & Young.
Olaf is a generalist tax practitioner who will provide tax support to all of Linklaters’ Amsterdam practices, with a particular focus on corporate matters. He has extensive experience of public and private M&A and has managed the tax elements of large corporate transactions. He will join Linklaters in August 2009 and will build the team further over the coming year.
