Linklaters appoints tax controversy specialist as Counsel
Linklaters has appointed Angélique Puglisi, of the tax practice in Brussels, as Counsel. The appointment is effective from 1st May 2010.
After having obtained a degree in tax law, Angélique joined Linklaters’ tax practice in Brussels in 2000 where she is focusing on tax controversy work from administrative procedures both at the administrative level and court level. She has developed extensive expertise in criminal tax law (tax fraud/simulation, tax forgery and money laundering) and has represented corporates and financial institutions before criminal courts.
