NZ Law Firm, Chapman Tripp, promotes Olding to tax partner
Chapman Tripp has announced the appointment of a new Tax Partner in the Auckland office:
Graeme Olding
Graeme advises on a wide range of New Zealand tax matters including merger and acquisition transactions and tax disputes. He co-leads Chapman Tripp’s tax litigation practice. Graeme also advises on cross-border structuring issues as well as debt and equity issuances (including Kauri bond programmes). He joined Chapman Tripp in 2009 after more than 10 years in the tax team at another leading New Zealand law firm.
