Finnish law firm, Krogerus, promotes tax lawyer Antii Lehtimaja to partnership

Antti Lehtimaja has been promoted to the Krogerus partnership as of 1 April 2012.

Antti Lehtimaja has headed the tax practice at Krogerus since his recruitment in autumn 2010. He has vast experience in taxation-related matters and has become particularly well-known as an expert on tax and structuring issues in private equit y and venture capital. Previously, Antti Lehtimaja has worked at the Finnish Tax Administration and at Hannes Snellman.

Krogerus’ tax practice, which focuses on transactional and corporate aspects of the field, will be strengthened further when Eija Kuivisto joins as Counsel on 19 March 2012. Eija Kuivisto, who is a renowned specialist in EU and corporate taxation, has more than two decades of tax law experience in both public and private sectors.
