Full service Chinese law firm Broad & Bright recently hired Jiang Hao, who will be based in the Beijing office. He provides legal and tax counsel for a variety of international and Chinese clients, including Fortune 500 companies, investment funds, financial institutions, and trusts.

Mr Jiang joins from Zhong Lun Law Firm. He previously represented large multinational companies and financial institutions, including JP Morgan & Chase, GE, Morgan Stanley, Pfizer, China Development Bank, CLSA, Carlyle, Amway, SPX, Cargill, Sailing Capital, and Samsung. Moreover, he has various publications in tax, trust, and investment areas.
