Charlotte Watts has been promoted to partner at Wilsons, bringing the total number of litigation partners to 12. She specialises in contentious trust and probate legacy administration issues and regularly advises on proceedings in the Court of Protection.

Charlotte qualified with Wilsons in 2005 and is a member of StEP, ACTAPS and the Charity Law Association.
