Sanjvee Shah moves from Speechly Bircham to Taylor Wessing to join Private Client team
International law firm Taylor Wessing has today announced the addition of a new lateral hire to its market leading Private Client practice. Sanjvee Shah is set to join the firm on 7th May 2013 from Speechly Bircham, where she was a Partner in the Private Client division.
Sanjvee is highly experienced in advising wealthy foreign domiciled individuals and families on their personal affairs including their UK and foreign interests, either held personally or via offshore holding structures. She also advises professional trustees, family offices and individuals on a wide variety of trust and administration matters.

Sanjvee’s appointment follows the recent promotion of Kirstie McGuigan to the firm’s UK partnership.
Kirstie has been with the firm since 2007 and specialises in the resolution of disputes relating to the formation or administration of trusts and estates both in a UK and international context. She also works on non-contentious matters such as trust creation and administration.
The firm’s large international Private Client practice now comprises more than 50 lawyers including 23 partners.
