Rosalyn Breedy mergers her firm into Forsters LLP
From 2 September Breedy Henderson LLP will be joining Forsters LLP.
Forsters has 43 partners and 230 members of staff and is a leading London law firm offering a wide range of services to corporate clients and private individuals.
The move will greatly increase the resources available to clients of Breedy Henderson whilst retaining the holistic approach taken in the past. In addition to Rosalyn Breedy’s expertise, Forsters offers thriving private client, corporate, commercial and litigation practices and has one of the largest and most experienced full service real estate teams in the UK.

Rosalyn is the founding partner of Breedy Henderson Solicitors, a niche private wealth legal practice advising family offices, entrepreneurs, fund managers and trusts. With an international client base, Breedy Henderson provides a uniquely holistic approach to the legal aspects of strategic wealth management planning, business advisory and compliance. Rosalyn is a financial services and corporate lawyer formerly with Slaughter and May and latterly Withers LLP within the Funds, Investments, Tax and Trusts team. In addition, Rosalyn brings valuable in-house experience from UBS Warburg, where she was European COO of Corporate Finance, and multi-client family office Sand Aire, where Rosalyn spent six years as General Counsel. She continues to have a strong interest and experience in financial regulation and policy work, writing regularly on these topics. Rosalyn is a member of the Financial Services Lawyers Association.
With a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Rosalyn is also a Director of Fund Launch International and has a particular interest in the Arts. Rosalyn is a frequent and popular speaker and facilitator at industry conferences in the UK and overseas. In addition, she has an interest in promoting diversity within the legal profession and facilitated a panel at the Lord Chief Justice conference on a Judiciary for the 21st Century, 2009 and has been a reviewer for a Diversity Access to Law programme.
