Peter Willey relocates from Newcastle to be new Head of Tax for EY Channel Islands

Tax Grotto can report that Peter Willey has moved internally with EY, to be the new head of tax for the Channel Islands practice.

Peter has spent his entire professional career with EY, joining the Firm in 1976 straight from university. He has head of tax in Newcastle in 1985 but then moved to London and took on the role of National Tax Automation Partner.

Peter’s most recent position has been back in Newcastle, where he has been developing the Personal Tax Centre since 1997. This is a national service for the Firm and he has built it up to a team of 240 staff.
