Hai Tang moves from PwC to WTAS to join the Alternative Investment Funds practice in San Francisco
Hai Tang has joined WTAS as a Director in the Alternative Investment Funds Practice in the San Francisco office. Prior to joining WTAS, Hai was a Tax Director at PwC, where he has worked for the past 10 years.
Hai has more than 10 years of experience in professional tax and accounting services. His practice area focuses on partnership, international and M&A tax for venture capital and private equity clients. He also has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of partnership, corporate and international tax, encompassing compliance, consulting and provision.

Hai received his Bachelor of Science degree and Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China and University of Chicago, respectively. He received his master’s degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, and CFA Institute. Hai is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
